Richard
Debenham - Managing Director.
Richard started is career within the lift industry with Becker Lifts ltd
during 1969. He started as an apprentice and upon completion of his time
he was transferred to the installation department where he had a successful
period. After some years he changed his career direction and transferred
to the service department as a senior engineer. He successfully maintained
an high demand area within the city of London, which rewarded him with
promotion to area supervisor. Richard moved companies after a few years
and joint WJ Furse and then Lift Wise, following these advancing positions
he decided to start Elevation which he did during the 1980's. Since that
time the company as grown to be well respected as an Independent Lift
Organisation.
Michael
Burns - Operation Director.
Michael started his career with Leonard Lifts in 1976, starting as a
apprentice he steadily moved through all departments learning his career
and becoming a senior modernisation and installation engineer. After
many enjoyable years with Leonard Lifts he moved to W J Furse where
he started as a senior engineer and was soon promoted to Service Repair
Supervisor, following this he was promoted to Southeast Area Manager
looking after all operations. He then moved to Schindler as Installation
projects manager culminating in his management of the Installations
at Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex. In 1989 he joined ERS Lifts &
Escalators as construction manager, as well as being promoted to Safety
Officer, following a very successful time he joined Pennine Johnson
lifts as National Service Manager before joining Elevation Lifts in
1997 as a Partner and as since assisted the company into its present
and onward growing structure. |
